Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes to bookings for suites/cottages must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in date and arrival time at the Guesthouse or you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
If you cancel or change your booking 7 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival at the Guesthouse a full refund less Credit Card surcharge will be provided.
1.3% Credit Card surcharge is not refundable

- Staff The Away At Byron Bay Guesthouses are a self check-in system so staff are not always on the property, you will receive instructions upon booking.
House Rules
- No Parties we respect our other guests, neighbours and noise levels around the guesthouse. Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made with our events team.
- No Smoking no smoking or vaping inside the suites or cottages.
- No Children Unfortunately, The Away At Byron Bay Guesthouses can not accommodate children unless the entire guesthouse is booked.
- No Schoolies Away at Byron Bay Guesthouses do not accept schoolies reservations. Our minimum check-in age is 21.
- No Pets Away at Byron Bay Guesthouses are a strictly pet-free environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Two People Per Room Our rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 people only. We do not provide any extra bedding and due to the guesthouse style of accommodation.
- Keep communal areas clean Our kitchen, main living area and gardens are communal, please keep them clean and tidy for other guests enjoyment.

Yes, you can. Guests are responsible for ensuring that visitors comply with the House Rules. Visitors are not allowed to stay any nights at the property.
Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Disturbance to other guesthouse guests and neighbours including excessive noise and music is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received the first warning will be given, if a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
