At Sunrise Guesthouse you'll enjoy time by the lagoon pool relaxing with a book, or grab some supplies and relax with a glass of wine and grazing board on the deck. Enjoy a walk or ride into town along the bike path, duck around the corner to Folk café or head for the beach. It’s all within easy reach.
The contemporary Guesthouse is beautifully appointed with shared kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The house has a relaxed, modern coastal feel with hardwood floors, local photography, large windows and stylish furnishings. Large glass doors open onto the deck which spills to the garden beyond.
The lagoon style pool has a depth of 1.2 metres with a consistent drop off.

Love that everyone had their own ensuite/tv/bar fridge… no queuing up for the bathroom! Extremely spacious yet cosy. Great location short walk to town.

the location was close to town with loverly views across the hinterland and byron would stay there again
Self check in instructions received 2 days before our stay looked daunting online but was remarkably easy in situ. My husband and I stayed inside the house while our travelling companions chose Cottage 2. Both rooms were large, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Having access to the gorgeous lounge and large well equipped kitchen topped off our overnight stay. The garden and verandas added an extra dimension to our experience. We enjoyed the artwork throughout.
Suite 6 in the main house was very well appointed, beautiful linen and extremely comfortable bed, old world charm, high ceiling, fabulous rain shower and 2 comfy chairs to relax in overlooking the gardens and stream. Being in the main house was fine, with use of the well appointed kitchen and communal areas.
